· Recognise in a general way where people ‘are at’ in cognitive development and
psychology of faith developmental.
· Choose different communication tools to match the stages of cognitive and
psychological development of faith.
· Recognise the different ways people think.
· Identify the characteristics of different thinking styles.
· Apply different approaches to communicating with people that matches their thinking
style preferences.
· Prepare a preferred thinking style profile of a particular people group.
